Oliver Bradley does not store or access your complete card details. Please ensure your billing information matches the details registered with your bank or payment provider. If a payment is declined or cannot be authorized, the order will not go through. In this case, please contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider for help. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after we receive and process the eligible return. Refunds may take about 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Oliver Bradley may cancel or decline an order if we identify suspicious activity, unauthorized payment use, or a violation of our store policies.
