Processing
All orders placed before 5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day. Processing takes 1–2 business days.
Delivery
After processing, orders are typically in transit for 3–8 business days, for a total of approximately 4–10 business days from the time you place your order.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Australia. We're working to add more destinations — join our newsletter to be the first to know.
Shipping costs
- United States: $5.99 USD flat rate (free on orders over $100)
- Australia: $10.99 AUD flat rate
Carriers & tracking
We ship with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
If any address details are incorrect or incomplete, we'll get in touch to confirm them before shipping. Please note that reshipping a returned parcel may incur an additional charge.
